据悉，皇家马德里将该区域的运营权授予了一家公司，而这家公司目前并未履行双方签订的经济相关约定。该公司不仅拖欠皇马款项，还拖欠20家餐饮商户的费用。按照运营管理协议，这家公司负责收取这些摊位所有餐饮经营的营收，再依照约定比例向各商户及皇家马德里进行分成。
而该公司并未按约定分配相关款项。这一情况导致20家餐饮商户正考虑对其提起诉讼，并连带起诉皇家马德里。这家西甲豪门在新球场运营方面遭遇的又一难题，后续发展尚待观察。
