谈津门虎夏窗引援工作
于根伟：“我们主要以本土球员的引进为主，因为外援已经没有调整空间了，我们对5名外援的表现也比较满意。内援引进方面，我们主要瞄准年轻、有潜力的球员。目前已经确定的包括陈哲宣和李嗣镕，此外，天津籍球员吕佳强也将以租借方式加盟。”
谈三名年轻内援
于根伟：“李嗣镕此前在克罗地亚二级联赛效力，前段时间他就在跟随球队训练，教练组一致认为他的整体性和纪律性都很强，是欧洲青训体系培养出来的球员。陈哲宣的身体比较强壮，有很好的力量和对抗能力，他的出球能力也不错。至于吕佳强，我们和深圳足协达成了协议，他今年还有全运会比赛的任务。当然，这三名年轻球员需要尽快适应中超的比赛节奏，这也是他们下一步必须要突破的地方。”
“我们接下来会看看还有没有合适的人选，在转会窗口关闭前，一切皆有可能。”
